Sayer.
I can not put into words what a beautiful soul he was. He was my best friend and confidant. My bread n biscuits. My spirit. I adopted him at 17 and he almost made it to my 32nd. He has been with me my entire adult life. Through everything. My moving out, pregnancy, some unsavory situations, and the climbing the mountain to get better. He guided me to by my best self and when I achieve that goal (that I believe) he set for me, it was his time to go. I thought all the things before were the hardest, but, the hardest thing I have ever had to do was respectfully say goodbye to him. He departed with dignity, all the love, and respect. Until we meet again my friend.
