Opal was diagnosed with feline leukemia when we found her in December 2019. She never let that slow her down. She loved to run around (literally just run. not chase anything), she loved to chase the laser pointer, she loved to look outside, she loved to touch the walls and attack the curtains. Above all else though, she loved to cuddle. All the time. She would wake us up like 10 minutes before our alarms would go off every day. Obviously we started setting our alarms earlier so we could spend more time cuddling her. She had such a strong and funny personality. We wish we had more time with her, but we’re forever grateful for the almost 3 years we got.
