Tissues with regenerative capabilities in your pet’s body can transform into different cell types. There are millions of these cells in fat tissue, though they are inactive. Partnering with MediVet Biologics allows us to isolate these cells from your pet’s own (autologous) fat tissue, activate them, and reintroduce them into damaged areas. For example, in cases of arthritis, tissue engineering can develop into new cartilage cells and have natural anti-inflammatory properties, reducing pain and improving mobility.
