Shade was a great cat. He was the family protector. He put himself in between me and a very aggressive cat that we tried to accept into our home. He was always there to see us off in the morning and at the door who we came home. He was as close to being a dog as a cat can be. He was so laid back and loved everyone who came into our house. If I had a vendor in the house to fix something, Shade was right there to make sure they did it right. I will miss him dearly.
