I can’t thank you enough for the compassion, care, and exceptional service you provided on one of the worst days of our life. Our sweet Mookie Bunny was the light of our lives, 17+ years with our 6.5lb girl will never feel like it was enough. She has been cared for by Frey Pet Hospital since the day she was born, and by Dr. Kingus the past few years. We are forever grateful for your years of service with our girl, especially during her final hour. From meeting us at the side door of the comfort room, your patience as we said our final goodbyes, and hugs when we picked up her remains – the compassion we felt from the entire staff was second to none.
Additionally, the tree planted in her memory was the perfect way to honor her life, so we thank you immensely for that gift. Miss Mook was the first and only pet I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t know that I will ever be able to have another pet, but if the day comes where we decide to, Frey will always be our choice for pet care. Thank you for the past 17+ years!
