We purchased Hershey and Coco as puppies back in 2007. Coco passed away in 2018. They were both gentle loving dogs, but a bit stubborn and liked to bark at other people and animals.
Hershey enjoyed playing fetch with his toys. He also was unique in that he loved his bath. I would say the word “bath” and he would sprint into the bathroom and howl. He enjoyed water being sprayed as it relaxed him. Then after we dried him off after his bath he would run into the living room and snuggle up in a blanket.
He loved to eat and constantly sniffed to find any food he could.
We loved both dogs as they were special in our hearts and sad they are no longer with us. Hershey had health issues the past few months and we had to put him down as he was not well and wasn’t eating due to kidney problems.
We miss them so much but they provided us with great love and joy in our lives. We appreciate Frey and especially Dr. Feuerbach as she was a special caring vet.
