Customer Service Representative / Veterinary Assistant

As a customer service representative and a technician assistant, Megan is one of our team members who can work in multiple areas. She has strong communication skills and provides compassionate care to each patient she assists with. Megan has been a valuable member of our team since 2013. Megan is passionate about making sure our clients have a positive experience each visit. She and her husband have multiple pets at home that they love! Megan cares for a nineteen-year-old horse named Koko. In addition, Sebastian is an energetic miniature Australian Shepherd keeping the family on their toes, and is joined by three cats named Captain, Martini, and Rossi. “One of the most gratifying parts of working at Frey is the ability to help our patients,” says Megan.
